This directory contains the files needed
to build the sample, if you have VS then use
the project file, otherwise use the cmd file
(from a shell where the compiler is on the path).

I have not included the DirectShowLib.dll
(to be found on the sourceforge web site) and
the interop.dexterlib.dll which can be generated
from VS (Add Ref/Com/Dexter Type Lib ...Qedit.dll)
or using tlbimp with the qedit.dll. You also have
to have installed the WAV Dest filter (which is
a sample filter that can be found in the Samples
directory of the SDK).
