You can use the application with the command line:
testffmpeg c:\\ruby.avi, for example.

You need to have installed the windows version of
the ffmpeg libs avcodec-51.dll, avformat-50.dll and
avutil-49.dll. You can download "ready to go" 
binaries from http://arrozcru.no-ip.org/ffmpeg_builds/.
The download also contains the lib and include
directories needed by VC++.
