Reg Building a Media Encoding Application - 2008/11/20 06:54
Hi We are developing a Windows Based Application for an NGO/NPO (Non Government and Non Profit organization) to help rural people in India in doing agriculture.
Our main objective is to develop a license free and low hardware supported Media Encoding application.
I am thinking to use DirectShow Editing Services, now my concern is
1. Can i use the library in c#
2. Is there any workaround to use MPEG-2 files in application.
I am totally new to this Encoding Domain, pls bare with me if i ask a layman thing.
