I have written a couple of DirectShow filter prototypes in C# and they have just been posted on the CodeProject web site. If you are interested in DMOs in C#, a reader left a reference to this article and there is David's template in version 1.2 of DirectShowLib. Both show how DMOs can be written in C#. As I mentioned before, MS doesn't recommend this stuff. But if you're curious, they're worth a try.
